Athletic Physicals Information

All soccer players that need an athletic physical for the spring season should report to the Athletic Training Room on Wednesday, January 9^th at 4:40 p.m. for their pre-physical information: blood pressure, heart rate, vision, and review of medical history.

Physicals will be administered on Wednesday, January 16^th in the Athletic Training Room at 4:45 p.m. and the cost is $10. All checks should be made payable to BCHS and include the following information: Full Name, Driver License Number, Home Address, and Phone Number.
